Build Your Gift

What is my timeframe for ordering gifting packages if I build them?
To ensure that we can procure all the necessary items and packaging needs for your request, we ask that you build your gift at least 4 weeks prior to your desired date. This will allow enough time to send your items and for you to prepare your gifts if they are not already assembled.

Do all gifts come assembled?
Please refer to the PACKAGING section of the FAQ.

What if I want to add product/s into the gifting package that is not available on the website?
We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Simply click on the “Custom Design” section and we will work with you to curate your perfect gift.

Why are no beverages offered under Build Your Gift?
Adding beverages to shipped orders can be expensive. Therefore, they are not offered in the Build Your Gift section.
If you would like beverages added and will be looking for local delivery, simply go to the “Custom Design” tab and we can help meet your gifting needs.

How many items can I include in each package?
Although there is no exact way to determine how many items can fit into each package as there are many options to choose from and all are different sizes, we recommend the following number of items for each package size to help guide you through the process:

  • Small package: 2-4 items
  • Medium package: 4-6 items
  • Large package: 4-8 items

If the number of items chosen does not fit into the package size, we will email you to see if we can offer any suggestions or make any modifications to the gifting packages.

How are gifts delivered?
Both shipping and local delivery (up to 30 miles from Denver, Colorado) are available. A local delivery fee is $25.00

Custom Designs

What exactly goes into custom design?
We work with you on every detail from personalized packaging, labels, and printing to curating gift items specific to you. The gifting packages are created to represent the theme/mood/idea of the client in every way.

What is my timeframe for ordering custom designs?
To ensure that we can procure all the necessary items and packaging needs for your request, we ask that you contact us no later than 4-6 weeks prior to your requested date of delivery.

How are custom designs delivered?
Both shipping and local delivery (up to 75 miles from Denver, Colorado) are available. Additional fees may apply for local deliveries based on distance and if rental vehicles are required for large orders

PACKAGING

What are your PACKAGING options?
There are 2 options available at check out:

  • Unassembled: Everything ordered will arrive separately packed and ready to be arranged upon arrival. Open packages such as tote bags can only be shipped unassembled as the items in those bags may shift during delivery. Local delivery can allow for open packages to come assembled
  • Assembled: Closed item packages and local delivery gifts can come fully assembled and ready to gift. There is a 10% assembly fee.
Ready-Made Gifts

Can I request any decoration changes to the Ready-made gifts?
Yes! Simply email us at: info@kismetcrafted.com to let us know you would like a different color ribbon/gift tag from our options and we will make the change for you if it is in stock.
